Devil's Canyon Brewing Company LogoDevil’s Canyon Brewing Company is regional brewery which is located in San Carlos, California, and serves up their signature beers at restaurants and bars in many of the surrounding counties. Additionally, Devil’s Canyon also internationally distributes their Yoroshiku IPA to Japan.

Devil’s Canyon does not have a taproom or pub, however they do have a brewery bar that opens to the public on the last Friday of each month with music, pints, and food trucks. Additionally, they open their doors every Friday for Growler fills and pints.

Devils’s Canyon Brewing Company – Bottom Line

Devil’s Canyon Brewing Company is a hidden gem in the neighborhoods around Belmont and San Carlos, and often is jam-packed with patrons for their Beer Friday events. In addition to the popularity of the Beer Friday events, their beer distribution sales are growing. This growth recently spurred them to move from a smaller facility in neighboring Belmont to San Carlos. Their new facility is actually pretty awesome for events, and sports one of the biggest and best Brewery Bars I have seen. The Brewery Bar has a large “L” shaped bar and big enough stage to host private events and even small concerts.

In addition to having a great Brewery Bar, Devil’s Canyon Brewing Company also has good beer. Of their signature beers, I prefer the California Sun IPA, which is a rye IPA that is surprising smooth. I had not heard of Devil’s Canyon until moving to the Bay Area, but California Sun and their other signature beers, Silicon Blonde and Full Boar Scotch Ale, are pretty easy to find just about anywhere in the Bay Area.

Bottom line is Devil’s Canyon Brewing’s beer is worth trying out, and if you are in the San Carlos area on the last Friday of the month we suggest stopping in for a Beer Friday.
